Description of components

Motherwort herb extract - used as a sedative for increased nervous excitability, insomnia, vegetative-vascular dystonia, and neuroses. 

Magnesium is necessary in the processes of nerve impulses and muscle contraction, prevents cramps, fatigue, normalizes blood pressure, and prevents the occurrence of arrhythmia.

Vitamin B6 - (pyridoxine) plays an important role in metabolism, is necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, reduces cholesterol and lipid levels in the blood, improves myocardial contractility, promotes the conversion of folic acid into its active form, and improves lipid metabolism.
