Compound

Sugar (powdered), marshmallow root extract, licorice extract, sodium bicarbonate, plantain leaf extract, silicon dioxide, ascorbic acid, anise oil.

Description of components

Marshmallow root extract – reduces the inflammatory process, has an expectorant and antitussive effect by reducing the viscosity of sputum. Envelops mucous membranes, preventing them from irritation and inflammation, regenerating damaged surfaces.

Licorice extract - has an expectorant, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates the healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers, increases nonspecific resistance of the body, has antimicrobial activity (mainly against staphylococci) in infectious diseases of the upper respiratory tract, laryngitis, bronchitis, pharyngitis, unproductive cough, including smokers' cough - in this case, licorice is used to stimulate the formation of sputum, as well as quickly soften the mucous membrane, has a tonic and stimulating effect, helps relieve fatigue, reduce fatigue and thereby stimulate the body's protective functions
Plantain leaf extract - tonic , contains a mixture of essential oils that have expectorant (by thinning mucus and enhancing bronchial motor activity) and anti-inflammatory effects.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) – increases the body’s resistance to infections.

Anise oil - has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiseptic, analgesic and antispasmodic effects, helps to liquefy and remove mucus.
Sodium bicarbonate - reduces the viscosity of sputum, stimulates the motor function of the ciliated epithelium and the peristaltic movements of the bronchioles, promoting the movement of sputum through the respiratory tract and its subsequent elimination.

Recommendations for use

Dissolve the contents of the package 1.7 g in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of warm boiled water (or add to tea, milk).
Adults and children over 14 years old: 1 tablespoon 3 times a day with meals. Duration of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
Daily dose contains: 51 mg vitamin C – 85% of the recommended level.
