Pharmaceutical excipients: sunflower oil 45,00 mg., gelatin 44,73 mg., glyceryl 14,67 mg., methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0,29 mg., sugar color 0,31 mg.
Description: Soft gelatin capsules (ball shaped, color is pale yellow and light brown) which contain an oleaginous fluid from light to dark-yellow colour, without rank odor.
Multivitamin.
Retinol palmitate (vitamin A) activates rhodopsin (that helps to see at night and improves color vision), helps maintain healthy epithelial tissue, regulates bone formation.
Tocopherol (vitamin E) has antioxidant properties (participates in detoxification process), promotes the formation of intercellular substance and the collagen fiber, regulates vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation.Vitamin E restores capillary circulation, has a direct effect on capillary and tissue permeability, makes tissues more resistant to hypoxia.

In complex therapy:
Hypersensibility to the components of the preparation, hypervitaminosis A and/or E, forbidden for children up to 18 years. Preparation is forbidden during pregnancy and breast-feeding period.
Thyrotoxicosis, chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic cardiac decompensation, cholecystitis, chronic pancreatitis. Do not use with other medicines containing vitamin A and vitamin E.
Only be used on the advice of a doctor.
1 capsule per day independently of food intake. Treatment course 30-40 days. Treatment course may be repeated under the advice of a physician.
Allergic response is possible (skin eruption), epigastric discomfort, dyspepsia (sickness, vomiting, diarrhea). Prolonged use of this product may lead to acute exacerbation of cholelithiasis and chronic pancreatitis.
Symptoms of acute overdose of vitamin A may include: sleepiness, languor, diplopia, giddiness, strong head ache, sickness, vomiting, diarrhea, irritability, osteoporosis, bleeding gums, dry mouth, peeling of the lip skin and hands, excitation, mental confusion, increase of intracranial pressure.
Symptoms of chronic overdose of vitamin A may include: anorexia, ostealgia, dry mouth, peeling of the lip skin and hands, gastralgia, vomiting, hyperthermia, asthenia, head ache, photosensitization, pollakiuria, nycturia, polyuria, irritability, hair fall, yellow-organge spots on soles, hands and in nasolabial folds, hepatotoxic phenomena, increase in intraocular pressure, oligomenorrhea, portal hypertension, hemolytic anemia, radiographic bone changes, convulsions.
Symptoms of acute overdose of vitamin E may include: prolonged use of this product (400-800 units per day) may lead to difficulties in visual perception, giddiness, head ache, vomiting, diarrhea, gastralgia, asthenia. Prolonged use of this product (more than 800 units per day) may lead to sexual dysfunction, thrombophlebitis, thromboembolism, necrotizing enterocolitis, septicaemia, hepatomegaly, hyperbilirubinemia, renal insufficiency, retinal apoplexy, hemorrhagic stroke, ascites; it may also increase bleeding risk for patients with hypovitaminosis K.
Treatment: withdrawal, symptomatic treatment.
